HOMEBOUND TUTORING INFORMATION FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS

Homebound Tutoring is available only to Waukegan Public School's students. Homebound/hospital instruction program for Waukegan students who are unable to come to school for medical or other reasons. The students involved in this program have medical certification from their doctors requiring the program. Click on the following topics for more information or to print out a blank form.
